What’s important to you right now? If you’re overwhelmed with a plate full of tasks, it may be that the problem is… your plate is full of tasks. If all of it is important, it may be that you haven’t given been able to take a moment to consider how important each thing is relative to each other. Everything important is equal to nothing being important.
Take a pause.
Take a breath.
The patterns and the practice you’ve been in have brought you where you are now. Those same patterns and practices may not serve you to get out of the overwhelming state you’re in now.
Your plan isn’t about what you’ll accomplish. Your plan is to help give the time you experience meaning and satisfaction.
